At Krew3D Printables LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, detailed 3D printed products you’ll love. Because many of our items are made-to-order or custom-designed, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.
2. Returns
We do not accept returns on:

Custom orders

Personalized items

Made-to-order prints
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a resolution.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If your item is eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage or defect:

Contact us at info@krew3Dprintables.com within 5 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

A replacement item, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect) we will cover the return shipping costs.

Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-designed prints (any personalized orders)

Sale or clearance items
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellations may not be possible.
